Constitution Day of India is also known as SAMVIDHAN DIWAS or NATIONAL LAW DAY. This day is a proud moment for every individual related to legal fraternity. It was today in the year 1949 when the Constituent Assembly of India formally adopted the Constitution of India and came into force on 26 January, 1950. We celebrate this day to promote Constitution values among citizens. The day tributes to India’s first Law Minister BR Ambedkar who played a major role in drafting our Indian Constitution.

Our Constitution is a box of major principles that consists of precedents, rules, procedures, rights which the citizens of the country as well as the Government should abide by.
