EDUCATIONAL EMPOWERMENT IN RURAL AREAS

Education is important for everybody, whether they are learning new facts, skills, or trades. Having the opportunity to learn always benefits the individual. Over the past years, we have seen a focus on providing education to females all over the world, arguing that girls receive an education no less then men. However, if we take a step further, we can think about educating communities, specifically rural communities.

Educating communities means developing schools and educating children and leaders. By doing so, rural communities will lead to a healthier and more sustainable future. An education system in rural communities has the opportunity to build capacity and knowledge in the rural populace, helping them to make informed decisions about their farms and to innovate in agricultural affairs. Education also exposes the masses to information and helps prevent the misinterpretation of information. Education can lead to many positive outcomes, such as an improved ability to understand policies, procedures, rights, duties, government schemes, legislation, available benefits, and protection laws.

There are various initiatives taken by Government that are helpful and effective to promote education in rural areas.

Hiring decisions of local teachers and trainers can be effective to spread knowledge and awareness and to meet with the specific trust levels of the interested communities. Local trainers and teachers can easily promote education to their local areas on behalf of their acknowledgment and using their relationships.

Make impossible to possible with the help of arrangements of all possible resources which can help among the communities to take immediate action plans to get instant benefits from the quick responding resources. Internet, furniture, rooms, airing systems, communication resources, publications and all types of supporting stuff can be helpful to attract the rural area’s people to take admissions for specific courses.

Adopt all the basic resources and meet with the specific objectives of the best available infrastructures to meet with local needs. Spread knowledge in local areas and do awareness in local communities to meet with the objectives of the interested people. Pump fits, brushers, cards, greeting cards, social media, and local channels can help the people to get authentic knowledge and to deliver the best acknowledgment for the rural areas to involve themselves and to take admissions in different types of educational activities.

  • Promotion of Aims and Objectives for local involvement

Without proper planning and having specific goals to train the people, nothing can be achieved from the experts to get awareness and to meet with the trust levels of the interested communities. Try to find the best alternative resources which can help to take place the existing systems and to deliver the proper knowledge on behalf of the active resources. Local community involvement has great importance for the interested communities and to make sure how to find the best alternatives and how to deliver the best concepts on behalf of the great influencing features to find the prompt resources from the active writers.

There is a great saying that, ‘India lives in her villages’. Lion share of Indian population (around 2/3rd of Indian population) lives in village areas. Even after seven decades of Indian Independence, no remarkable development /change has been observed in rural areas of the country.

To conclude, education plays a critical role in rural development, as it is a key factor in developing the people of the rural area, the community, and the land itself. With education, there is always a bright future in store for rural communities. As a student and educator, I believe that the past shows us that education is an important factor in bringing about rural development in any country.
